Organic Mutton Specialists Our superior mutton comes from 3-4 year old Welsh Mountain Sheep. They graze naturally on the moorland pastures and herb rich hay meadows on our farm.
The rich texture and fuller flavour of our mutton make it perfect for any roast, casserole, tangine or curry. It is also fabulous cooked on the BBQ!

Angela showed John how to make our famous Mutton Cawl, which the team then enjoyed for their lunch!

|  | We were delighted to welcome Jimmy Doherty and the Jimmy's farming hero's team to our farm.
We were very proud to be choosen as one of Jimmy's Welsh Farming Hero's. Jimmy spent two days working on the farm with us and joined us at one of our local food events.
As you can see he is far more photogenic than Angela!
